The best deal on Windows devices on the market right now is for the Windows Phone 8.1 device.
For $199, you get a 16GB version of the Lumia 950 XL for the US.
But you can also buy the Lumia 925 XL in either 32GB or 64GB variants.
And there’s also a Windows Phone 710 version for $199.
The Windows Phone Lumia 928 XL is available in 64GB and 128GB variants, with pricing starting at $199 in the US and $299 in the UK.
But for those of you who prefer a different phone, there’s a good chance you can find the Lumia 830 XL in both 32GB and 64GB configurations for $279 and $399 in the United States and UK, respectively.
The Lumia 950XL, the Lumia 920XL, and the Lumia 820XL all get Windows 10 on their phones, but the Lumia 650 gets Windows 10 as a mobile OS upgrade.

The cheapest Windows 10 phone to buy right now: Nokia Lumia 835.
I bought the Nokia Lumia 800 for $399.
It’s a Nokia Lumia phone that comes with Windows 10 for $99.99.
It’ll run on Windows 8 and Windows 10 in both the 32 and 64-bit versions, with support for both LTE and Wi-Fi.
Nokia Lumia 935.
Nokia’s Lumia 915 is also a Nokia smartphone.
Like the Nokia 835, this Nokia phone is a 32GB model that comes bundled with Windows 8 for $149.99, and a 64GB model for $229.99 in the same package.
This Nokia smartphone is a $200 Lumia phone.
It comes with the Windows 8 desktop and Windows 8 Mobile versions, and you get Windows 8 Pro for $50.
If Nokia was planning on launching a 32-bit version of its Windows Phone, the 830 would be the phone for you.
But, Nokia is launching a 64-bits Windows Phone this year, so the 832 isn’t going to be a 32/64bit version for at least a few more months.
This is the Nokia 820 that comes preloaded with Windows Phone 10, and it’ll be available for $200 if you pre-order it.
The 820 has an 8MP camera, a 5MP camera with OIS, and two microphones, including a dedicated selfie camera.
Nokia says that it will be available to buy in January for $299.99 for the 32GB version, and for $249.99 if you buy it bundled with the Nokia Windows Phone 820 and Windows Phone 915.
But it’s available for a limited time in Canada, so you might want to consider picking up one of these at a lower price.
If that’s not your thing, you could also consider the Lumia 800, 830, or 920.
But the 835 is a better value if you want a Windows phone with a higher-resolution screen and LTE connectivity.
The Nokia Lumia 950X.
This Lumia phone is one of the cheapest Windows phones in the world.
You can buy it at $249 for the 64GB version.
If it’s the same size as a Nokia Windows phone, you’ll pay $279 for 32GB of the 950X, which is $249 less than the Lumia 850, which you can buy for $349.99 with Windows 7.1 and Windows RT 8.5.
Nokia has said that the 950XL will be a Windows 8 device in the future, but that it won’t launch with Windows 9 yet.
The 830 will still be available at $299 for 32- and 64bit Windows phones.
And the 920XL is available for the same price as the Lumia 1040, which costs $329 for the phone and $499 for the keyboard, mouse, and headset bundle.
The 800X is the best value on Windows Mobile right now.
It costs $299 at the time of this writing.
And you can pre-buy it for $239.99 at Amazon.
You might be able to find it for slightly less at Best Buy or Best Buy Wireless, though the price could change.
If I were going to buy a Windows device, this phone would be a good pick.
You’ll get Windows Phone for a low price if you upgrade your smartphone to Windows Phone 15, Windows Phone
